EverAfter is an extension of Evergreen, sharing the same principles and values. Our program mission is to provide a safe holistic environment for students to grow individually and within our community.

EverAfter is open:

• Monday 1:30 - 6:00; Tuesday - Friday 2:30 - 6:00.
• Teacher work days and school vacations (other than summer and legal holidays) if enrollment allows
• Snow days, when possible, from 10:00-6:00

    In order to register you must:
  • Complete an application form
  • Pay $20 non-refundable registration fee per child, regardless of full or part-time care
  • Clear any outstanding balances prior to the registration
    • The EverAfter Program is financially separate from Evergreen. All the fees charged by the Program pay for the staff and supplies. Please pay balances on time so we can continue providing our service.
    • Pay by-the-day rate: $11 per child
    • Pre-pay for a session of clubs for a discount rate of $10 per day ($90 total)
    • Pre-pay for a session of sports for a discount rate of $45 per season
    • $25 per day per child for snow days, vacation days, and teacher work days
    • $1 per minute late fee for children who have not been picked up by 6:00 p.m.
    • Payment for EverAfter services must be received bi-weekly (1st and 15th of each month). On these days, your balance must be zero in order to continue the services. Payments can be paid in the main office during school hours or in the lunch room from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m.
  Students who have not formally registered may not use the program, even on a drop-in basis. We must have the full application information and registration fee.

  Fall – Co-ed Flag Football
  Winter – Boys and Girls’ Basketball
  Spring – Boys and Girls’ Soccer
  
  Clubs:
  Fall — Evergreen Club, Tennis, Kinetic Kids, Cross Country, Pin Bombardment, Young Artists, and Vegan Cooking.
  Winter — Cooking, Hockey, Eco-Art, Plant Power, Around the World, Origami, Pilates, African Dance, Drama, Creative Movement & Dance.
  Spring — Yoga, Spanish, Rocks & Minerals, Wolfpack Soccer, Shop Club, Building, Sign Language, Sports Club, Paper Arts, Skateboarding.

  Why Pre-pay?

  Prepaying for a club and/or sport allows the program to purchase supplies and hire specialists for that particular activity. Some clubs require additional material fees that we will collect during registration. Pre-paying for a sport allows the program to purchase uniforms and schedule games appropriately. Therefore, reimbursements will not be given if your child is absent on a club day, or chooses not to participate.
