Evergreen Community Charter School

Evergreen is an Expeditionary Learning School (ELS). This school design model, which originated from Outward Bound, strives to develop both the character and the intellect of students. Through our commitment to environmental education, Evergreen students become responsible citizens and stewards of the environment.

They learn what is important for success in life - quality work, responsibility, resourcefulness, respect for others, tenacity and teamwork.

Evergreen is currently applying for the Title IV Part A Safe & Drug Free Schools grant for the 2009-2010 school year.  The application describes how Evergreen will use the funds from this grant.  Interested community members are welcome to contact Deborah Taylor, Special Services Director, at 298-3449 or deborah.taylor@evergreenccs.org, from 06/19-26/2009 to provide input.
